The Powered Parachute Check List video is hosted by Mark Bayer, a certified Experimental Aircraft Association Ultralight Flight Instructor and author of the article, "Winterizing Check List for PPC's", which was published in UltraFlight Magazine.

The video transforms the general check list from the pages of UltraFlight Magazine into an instructional presentation to graphically illustrate the steps for winterizing a Powered Parachute aircraft as well as what to inspect before purchasing a used PPC.
